How can I do this effect on Adobe Photoshop?
I would like to know how to do this same color effect on Adobe Photoshop as in this photo below. I have the cs4 version but I'm sure it doesn't make a difference. Also, can someone send me a sight, with very good tutorials that you see in professional photography, not cheezy stuff please.

Two of the effects have to do with focus control and lighting having nothing to do with Photoshop.
The other effects are converting a RGB image file to a black and white image and using the HDR merge tool. If you are going to use that tool, you will have to assure that you have three image files of the same subject shot OE, NE and UE that are in perfect registration.
