Gimp Photography Plugins
a good photoshop like software with plug ins?
Well i am trying my hand at editing photography and i got GIMP a free photo editor but you see it's plugins are very confusing and difficult to get for me and yes there are some extensions i can get but nothing special so any good free photoshop like programs and a second question i have a photo of a still car and i wnt to make it look like its moving..how?
with gimp, to make only car appear moving, select car, copy to new layer, adjust layer to full size of background, then apply motion blur with direction of choice, apply, then blend over background image,
Photobie: may be more photoshop savvy, , requires .NET, and you can use photoshop plugins,
