Which camera brand is better for landscape photography: Canon or Nikon?
And whatever your answer may be, why?
I'm mainly talking about DSLR cameras.
The cameras themselves have no advantage, one above the other - it is the lenses that are critical for best results.
For landscape you would usually use a wide lens, a good one that is sharp into the corners, has little distortion, and has enough speed (low F: number) for low light shots.
Look at some of the Flickr groups that are devoted to landscape work and see what lenses have been used for the images that impress you most.
