Photography Disclaimer
What do you have to have to start a photography business?
I take alot of photographs and it has always been a hobby of mine. Recently I have had alot of people offer to pay me to take pictures for them and of their kids, etc. I have no problems doing this and charging a sitting fee. But my only concern is what do I legally have to have to do this? Do I need a special license? Do I need some kind of copyright or disclaimer? I just need to know what I legally HAVE to have so that it would be okay for me to do this for them.

Would it help if I told you that I am from Iowa??
I suggest you contact your local SCORE office thru the chamber of commerce. there are business professionals there who can and will help you. laws vary slightly from state to state and there are often local ordinances to consider. so there is really no one here who can answer all your questions.
