Uploading and Using a photography website template?

recently downloaded a template for a photography site, and it seems quite complicated. I know I need hosting, (I already have a domain name), and I was thinking of getting the hosting from BH hosting. Would the most basic plan be enough? I don't know anything about code, so how to I add pictures to it and how do I get it in my domain? Mostly, I don't know how to get the template online. There are a lot of files in the folder that came with the template, and they are all file types that open in adobe flash and dreamweaver and stuff. I have no idea what to do. Is there some sort of tutorial, or can someone here help me?

You may want check out tmdhosting.com, they can even help you do the template for free. If you have account with them, all you need to do is give them your files and they will do everything for free.
