Photography Equiptment
where can you find cheep/used photography equipment?
I would like to start getting equiptment but cabt afford full price . any sugestions
I feel your pain. My body, every lens I have, bag, all flashes, and a few of my modifiers were all used when I bought them and I've saved a ton doing so. As said Craigslist, local paper (rare, but it happens), camera shops sometimes offer used equipment, even b and h photo and adorama have a used section on their respective sites.
The camera forum I go to (canon user forum) has a buy/sale/trade section which is where I have got most of my items as do most camera forums.
Don't be afraid to pass a few deals. I got a 7 month old Canon 40D for $650....still had the $1100 tag on it....sometimes people will sell things low just to move it so they can upgrade.
