Is there a way to incorporate all of my interests into a room design?
Well i want a room to match all of my personality and fit me perfectly. I can't paint my walls or change my carpet and i don't have a lot of cash to use to decorate it. I have a sewing machine, bookcase, desk, dressers, two stacked (one on top of each other) nightstands that i use for a tv stand and i will have a easel soon i just have to get it out of storage. I have some pics, drawings and a map on my wall with a dream catcher. I want to incorporate all my interests: drawing, painting, calligraphy, etymology (study of words), languages, Bible Quizzing, traveling, sewing, photography, reading, my heritage (Native American, French, Russian, British, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and German) and i also love sewing/ designing clothing. Is there a way to incorporate all or some/ a lot of these into a design for my bedroom?
I only design the clothes right now because my fabrics are still in storage so i am only looking for ideas for remodeling my bedroom right now but thanks anyways
Make a collage of your interests? Too much stuff will look cluttered. I would rotate your "interests" one month showcase 1 or 2 interests, the next a few more. Or make a quilt that has squares that represent everything.
