Photography Major Requirements
"W" on transcript for transfer - class is not needed, purely elective?
I am currently in my first year at community college (California, if it makes a different). I'm taking an elective photography class that I would like to withdraw from (drop date already passed). It does NOT count for any GE credit or requirement, nor do I need it for lower division classes. If I were to take the "W", would that affect my chances of transferring?
For what it's worth, I'm planning on majoring in Graphic Design/Animation and going to some CSU.

A grade of "W" has no effect on anything. However withdrawing is the same as dropping and the deadline has passed.
