Photography Model Release Form Pdf
Model release forms ?
I am going to do some free photoshoots, i am not a pro.
I am not charging anything for the shoots, the model will even get 5 free low res images on a cd, they dont choose which.
I found this model release form online:

I was going to say to the model that i can use the images for display purposes, e.g in portfolio, website etc.
I was going to say that the model can use the images for litterally what ever they want, apart from resale.
But does the Release form state that, i don't understand the technical terms said on the release form, could someone tell me what the release form says in as simple way as possible.

The release form is just for your benefit and gives the model no rights. You can draw up an agreement to grant them rights to use separately.
The release form basically says you can do (nearly) whatever you want with them. It gives the model the option to state their ethnicity so for example they are listed in stock sites as Japanese rather than Chinese, but could still be featured as an example of e.g. a Chinese customer.
It says they aren't entitled to any (further) consideration (payment, in money or in kind) other than that agreed and written on the first line, regardless of whether it's on a company website, billboard, book or anything else.
