Newborn photography ideas?

We are having a little girl in a month and I have hired a newborn photographer to get some special shots. but I am looking for some modern ideas. I love the baby in the fireman's hat, but my hubby does computers. I am an extremely funky girl and want some unique photos or even clothing ideas for my shoot! Any ideas would be great

Well i have seen ones where is shows the size difference like you and your husbands hands holding the baby with an all black background (I love that one.) and It is all about the new born baby faces and emotions! so even when they cry a little it is said that that can be the best time and then sometimes they can get you tending to the baby and I think those are some of the best ones! because its like Mother and Child I LOVE IT!
