I would like to know what type of minilab is best recommended to purchase to open a Photography Studio?

I'm planning on opening a Studio like Portrait Innovations, their is not one in my area that offers fast photography. If you can also recommend sites or person where you have purchased one before?

There may not be one in your area because your area can't support one.

What other places in your area are offering "anything"..?

Is there a Walgreen's, CVS, Walmart, K-mart, Kinko's, Office Max, Biz Mart or anything in your area with a already established digital one hour mini-lab installed..?

How big is your "market area"..?

A "Photography Studio" is different from a mini-lab. Not saying you can't combine the two but your market area had better be devoid of such and your sure you can re-group your $$ spent in a few years or no bank will back you. By bank I mean the people who are going to front you the $250,000 to get started,

Equipment of the caliber you are thinking of (I hope) is not your off the shelf computer from Best Buy and printers from the same. If you have a business plan you have already done your homework and have already looked into the types of mini-labs out there.

Fuji and Noritsu are two of the top contenders and the Fuji Frontier was one of the best. However, this system has now been discontinued and I'm not sure what is taking it's place.

Are you also going to do film, C-41..? or just be all digital..? Are you going to sell anything else or just be a service..?

Why would "recommend sites or person where you have purchased one before?" really be of any help other than YOU could walk in to any you have with-in 10 miles and ask them yourself..
