Need help with photography terms?
I'm trying to figure out the name for this.
When you move with the subject and the subject is focused but the background comes out blurry? Also, when you can zoom in and out manually and the subject comes out in focus and the rest doesn't.
I forgot the name for those two things! Please help, and thanks!
1) Panning
2) 'Zoom During Exposure'
Doesn't sound particularly good, does it?
Be aware that in 2) your subject is not sharp, just slightly less blurred than the background.
