is my FREIND FAT?
We recenently went To the USA, where obviacly you eat more and less helthly because of the price and size of portions.
He's 15 years old, and he isnt skinny, but he isnt fat, (like most people he has flab, and its quite visable (like when he sits down with out his shirt off) he's about 130 lbs, we go to the gym together).
I wasnt with him all the time on the trip (School Holiday photography art trip) so there was other people there so i didnt see what he ate the whole time, but it obviacly wasnt healthy, since we came back he;s been complaining that he's put on weight and that he;s fat and he has said he has stopped eating. Im not really woird that he;ll become anerix and i dont think he is fat.
BUT HOW Do i get him to start eating normally again?? Thanks

does he no that not eating only makes ur metabolism slow down so when he does eat he's jst gonna gain that back...if he wants to lose weight(he doesnt sound fat) then not eating is prob. the worst thing to do
