G'day
There are only 39 universities in Australia and they are tightly regulated, therefore the quality and recognition of their graduates are equal from wherever university you are studying from.
As photography is usually a major of Bachelor of Arts in Australian Universities, the course is quite flexible, as you may also combine subjects from different majors to make up your bachelor course (so you know more when you graduated).
Besides RMIT, the Australian uni's offering Photography Course are as follows:
Australian Catholic Uni (www.acu.edu.au)
Australian National Uni (www.anu.edu.au)
Curtin Uni (www.curtin.edu.au)
Charles Sturt Uni (www.csu.edu.au)
Charles Darwin Uni (www.cdu.edu.au)
Deakin Uni (www.deakin.edu.au)
Edith Cowan Uni (www.ecu.edu.au)
James Cook (www.jcu.edu.au)
Griffith Uni (www.griffith.edu.au)
La Trobe Uni (www.latrobe.edu.au)
Monash (www.monash.edu.au)
Uni of Sydney (www.sydney.edu.au)
Southern Cross Uni (www.scu.edu.au)
Uni of Southern QLD (www.usq.edu.au)
Uni of South Aus (www.usa.edu.au)
Uni of Tasmania (www.utas.edu.au)
Uni of Wollongong (www.wollongong.edu.au)
Tuition fee & requirement will be available in those websites. Please make sure that the information you accessing are the ones for international students, not for local students, as there are some difference in regards to tuition fees. Once decided on the uni, fill in the application form and send it together with certified copy of your academic qualification (in English and original language). The process will take abt 2-3weeks, depending on the time of the year.
Hope this helps. E-mail me at mikegun@studentfirst.com.au if you have any further queries abt studying in Australia. Good luck for your study and welcome to Australia
