Sontag Photography Quotes
Why is this quote surprising/shocking to you?

I don't find it to be either. If you are referring to the sex aspect, it seems to me that it is now seen by far to many solely as a form of amusement. That's both within and outside of relationships. Fidelity and the like seem to be becoming a thing of the past.
