I use two XP and 98. My camera I can not use Intel PC with XP. Is it possible to use it with XP too?

Both Windows XP and 98 are installed on my PC. I can use my webcam (Intel Create & Share for PC camera software theIntel easily) with Windows 98 but not with XP. Now it seems that the cam is compatible with XP. Are there any useful software or any other method adaptable to the same work with XP PC as cam plz?

Much of the material for the era of Windows 98 will not work correctly in Windows XP. You can find the Intel website for drivers for XP, they should have. Usually quite the opposite. new burners, works on XP but not 98.
