Buying a new DVR Surveillance?

Hello, I'm looking to buy a DVR surveillance system for my current monitoring. The DVR I have now not enough ports for my cameras and is accessible only by my office LAN. Does anyone know of any DVR that allows me to access my camera from a connection outside so to speak, or through my iPhone 3G? Here is a link which I love, but I'm not sure if it is only LAN.
