What the reader of the computer called?

I'm not really sure how to process this item … I a memory card for the device to download images. I got in the slot that says "CF / Microdrive and green light came up on my computer, but did nothing. HP Image Zone I on my computer, and there is an area in the program where you can download photos from a memory card of the device and prompts me to select drive E: / F: / G: /, H: or I: / and I do not know what the Microdrive this is called in any sequence of letters. Do you know this?

The card reader should have detected the camera card. If you have a USB cable the camera, plug it in and try to download pictures with, if not restart the computer and the card reader on your computer should read it now.
