Suggestions for Phtography Colleges/Universities?
I want to be a Photographer, specifically nature photography. I have heard a lot of good things about Hallmark, Brooks, UCF, Barry, FSU, Photography Institute for NY, and plenty of other ones.
So, I just want to know what is the best college/university for Photography in the United States. And to be more specific Nature Photography. I am looking to get a BA in Photography, and eventually a MA.
One of the best nature and wildlife photographers is a Brooks graduate.
The bottom line? If you can use a camera, any camera, you can shoot any subject ... that is what any good school needs to teach their students ... specific subjects can later be addressed with workshops and seminars.
One of my colleagues has some specific courses for working pros, teaching them how to maximize the features and tools found on today's professional DSLR's.

Remember, these workshops are for people who 1) already have some kind of formal education in photography, has a camera system with at least the lenses they will need to attend the classes and already have a few years experience using their equipment, so they can keep up with the rest of the class and instructor.
There are NO shortcuts when it comes learning to producing amazing, high quality images on demand.
You left out two of the other best schools in photography. Art Center and RIT
